Founded in 1952, this organization is dedicated to Holocaust education, documentation, justice, and the memory of the 6 million Jews who perished.

AMCHA: Centers for Holocaust Survivors and the Second Gen.
An organization serving as a place for survivors to "unburden their hearts and know that they are not alone."

Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies
Sponsored by the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, the Center provides direct access and referrals to audio visual sources for use in Holocaust and genocide education.

Center for Holocaust, Genocide, and Peace Studies
Established by the University of Nevada, Reno, the Center addresses the increase in genocidal attacks as well as intolerance and violence in the world.

Center for Holocaust Studies at Clark University
The Center offers an undergraduate degree, a graduate degree, as well as offers programs and lectures for the public.

Chambon Foundation
Founded by the filmmaker of a movie about Le Chambon (a small community in France that sheltered 5,000 Jews), this organization is committed to exploring and communicating — especially on film — lessons of hope intertwined with the Holocaust's unavoidable lessons of despair.

Cybrary of the Holocaust
The Cybrary is a very comprehensive resource which includes stories of liberation, photographs, and much more. There's a plethora of pages on their site so make sure you have sufficent time to browse.

Dayton Holocaust Resource Center
The Center disseminates Holocaust educational materials to teachers and researchers in the Dayton and the Miami Valley region.

Drew University Center for Holocaust Study
The Center's mission is to commemorate those that perished in the Holocaust. The Center holds an annual conference on the Holocaust, an annual Yom Hashoah service, and offers lectures and films throughout the year.

Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity
An organization founded by Elie Wiesel and his wife Marion to advance the cause of human rights by creating forums for the discussion and resolution of urgent ethical issues.

Facing History and Ourselves
This is a national educational and teacher training organization which helps students not only learn about the past but to connect the past with the moral choices they make today.

Federation of Jewish Child Survivors of the Holocaust
This is an organization to help child survivors of the Holocaust. They also publish a newsletter called "Mishpocha."

Fortunoff Video Archive
Located at Yale University in Connecticut, this archive is open to "all scholars and other qualified persons," the archive holds many videotaped testimonies from Holocaust survivors.

Georgia Commission on the Holocaust
Provides educational programs to teachers and students in Georgia.

Hatikvah Holocaust Education & Resource Center
Located in western Massachusetts (Springfield), the Center is a repository for Holocaust materials as well as a resource for educational materials. Currently, the Center is also helping fund the translation of children's diaries from the Holocaust.

Holocaust Commission
An educational center in Tidewater, Virginia.

Holocaust/Genocide Project
An international, educational resource that promotes education and awareness. They also offer a yearly trip to Poland and Israel for students.

The Jewish Foundation for the Righteous
This foundation has a rescuer support program where they offer monetary assistance to over 1,500 rescuers in 26 countries.

Leo Baeck Institute
The Institute offers a research, study, and lecture center for the study of the history of German-speaking Jewry.

March of the Living
This is a yearly travel opportunity for Jewish high school students to travel to Poland to retrace the death march and then travel to Israel to celebrate Israel's Independence Day.

Massuah
This organization's purpose is to be a "beacon" of understanding and to enlighten people about the Holocaust. They offer seminars for students and teachers and host a museum on their campus.

State of Florida Commissioner's Task Force on Holocaust Education
Helps educate students about the Holocaust by offering intensive training programs, curriculum materials, resources and sustained support.

Survivor's of the Shoah - Visual History Foundation
Steven Spielberg's foundation is dedicated to videotaping and archiving the testimonies of Holocaust survivors all over the world.
